Delete Your Data

At Oversize Connect, we respect your right to control your data. If you would like to request deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@oversizeconnect.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

2. Please include the email address associated with your Oversize Connect account in your message.

3. Our support team will confirm your request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information (name, email, phone number, preferences)

• Login credentials and authentication data

• Messaging history and communications

• Trip/load history and related logistics records
